What Operating Systems are supported? Do you support 64-bit OS?

Look at the product information above or at our pricing page (click here) to see what operating systems are supported for all our products. Currently 64-bit Operating Systems are not supported, however in 2013, we will have 64-bit support for most of our products.
What are the payment types you accept? Will you add more payment methods?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Paypal. If you want to suggest a payment method, either post a thread on our forums or send an email through the contact page on the website. Bitcoins are planned to be added in the future.
Will I receive a refund after I purchase the hack and/or after detection?

As per our Terms of Agreement/Terms of Use, you will not receive a refund due to the nature of our product barring extraordinary circumstances.
What anti-cheats are supported?

How do i ban evade?

There are guides on our vip forums on ban evasion for all sorts of anti-cheats. Most ban evasion methods will require a change in your hard-drive serial number, which is now possible by our product Chameleon. It will spoof your hardcoded serial number on your storage device and your mac address making ban evasion simple.
Is activation of my purchase instant?

It is if you have purchased from us in the last 6 months. For new members it will take from 24-48 hours to be activated. The entire activation process is automated and our sytem does fraud checks in that time before activating the subscription.
Are there any discounts? When is the next discount?
